At HR26 Events, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be transparent and fair to both parties.
1. Cancellation Requests
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp.
The date of cancellation is the date on which we receive your request.
2. Refund Eligibility
More than 7 days before the event: 50% refund of the total advance paid.
Within 3–7 days of the event: 25% refund of the advance.
Less than 3 days before the event: No refund.
3. Non-Refundable Charges
Certain services or custom orders may carry non-refundable charges, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
4. Rescheduling
If you wish to reschedule your event, we will do our best to accommodate your new date based on availability. A rescheduling fee may apply.
5. Force Majeure
No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or acts of God.
