1. Booking & Payments

• All bookings must be confirmed in writing or through our official platforms.
• Advance payment is required to secure your event date.
• Full payment must be completed before the event date unless agreed otherwise.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 7 days before the event will receive a 50% refund.
• No refund for cancellations within 48 hours of the event.
• All cancellations must be made in writing via email or WhatsApp.

3. Changes to Bookings

We accommodate changes to event details subject to availability. Additional charges may apply for upgraded services or last-minute changes.

4. Service Responsibility

HR26 Events is responsible for delivering the agreed decoration services. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, venue access issues).

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must ensure the venue is accessible and confirm setup permissions. Any delay due to incomplete information or venue restrictions is not our responsibility.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, photos, and content on our website are the property of HR26 Events and may not be copied or reused without permission.

7. Modifications to Terms

HR26 Events reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
